About This Web Site

The Social Security Disability Resource site is owned and published by Six Point Advertising and Marketing Company. Much of the content herein was written by practicing Social Security disability lawyer Jonathan Ginsberg, and is regularly updated with input from experienced disability lawyers all over the country. The purpose of this web site is to help Social Security Disability claimants better understand the complex and confusing world of Social Security Disability applications. This site is not intended to serve as a substitute for the official Social Security Administration site.

In addition to this web site, attorney Ginsberg has published other web sites and blogs that may address your questions about Social Security disability. The Social Security disability blog is a forum where you can submit a question about disability for Jonathan or one of his colleagues to answer. Social Security disability radio is Jonathan’s newest venture - an Internet radio program where Jonathan answers questions and interviews guests about winning case strategies and forthcoming changes to the the disability adjudication process. Additional web sites will be released periodically.

Unlike retirement Social Security, the "disability" Social Security program is not automatic.  Even though you may have paid into the system, you can only recover benefits if you prove that you are disabled.

Besides providing useful information about getting approved for disability benefits, the Social Security Disability Resource site also includes links to experienced disability lawyers all over the country, including some of the contributors to this web site.  Just fill out our convenient case review form and your case information will automatically be sent to one of the disability lawyers on our panel.

If you have any questions about this web site, if you wish to re-publish any of our articles, or if you have any suggestions for additional topics to be covered, please contact the publisher.
